Delivery Schedule:
Fruit boxes will be delivered to your designated address via Direct Home Delivery as per the scheduled time (Timings: 8 AM to 12 PM). Please allow a buffer of ±30 minutes up or down due to real-time route constraints.

Holidays:
Sundays and all gazetted National Holidays will be considered as non-delivery days (Holidays).

Consumption & Storage:
Our boxes are freshly mixed. For the best taste and optimal health benefits, the fruit box is best consumed within 3 hours after delivery. Please store the box in a cool, refrigerated place immediately upon receipt.

Cancellation/Pause Notice:
If you are unable to receive the fruit box on any given day, kindly inform us before 8:00 AM. Failure to notify us prior to this time may result in the box being charged.

Customization:
Customized fruit and nut boxes are also available. Any special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.
